I love how you let us see the real actuality of a health journey. However I know I’m 48 years old and I know I’ve lived life but why is it that most healthy foods are disgusting or having weird texture like why why does everything have to be green? I get it it’s veggies but I if it’s nasty I can’t eat it and I know it’s because of my background and restaurants being a baker I need help y’all on my food and I’m eating like I’m cutting my portion sizes down I’m eating more proteins I’m eating leafy vegetables but I cannot get into the juicing I cannot get into these quinoa stuff I know I’m not alone with the question why does everything healthy look or taste disgusting? You look amazing and you give me the reminder that everyday I can do something to move my body and keep it until I can get a regular workout routine.
