Funny she mentions dr Dray in this video. Andrea is a huge fan of these diets. She probably eats every one of these foods. One of them every day of the week. Monday: 1 carrot. Tuesday: 1 tomato.

My salads just became more important and exciting! Thanks for this info 🥗 I’d add fish to this along with whole grains (steel cut oats, quinoa, wild rice, etc.).

  • @lucrecevonkasm says:

I love adding Sea Buckthorn oil to my salads as well as gently pan dry roasted seeds.

I make smoothies, usually green but sometimes carrot based. This allows me to get fruits and veggies that I might not eat otherwise into my body.

  • @elysiam2907 says:

    She does have gorgeous skin👏🏼

  • @melissagreen_ says:

My favourite foods for glowing skin are canteloupe for breakfast and also cucumber, both are high water content foods and seem to help keep my skin hydrated and flush out toxins.

One day when I start working and living by myself, I will try to eat and live healthy. Right now I am too young, living with my parents, and eats what is on the table. Good luck to me! Thanks for sharing this information.

  • @sheebee4915 says:

I used to eat anything mostly street foods, packaged foods…but currently i started eating only healthy juices and green salads along with rice and roti (i’m an indian)and water green tea etc. Trust me or not eating good can change your life. I feel charged up all the time, my skin and hair getting better. I’m really happy. YOU ARE WHAT YOU EAT and this quote made me realise that’s true.

    • @chaya8063 says:

Best tip is born beautifully 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

    • @Josh-fp2qn says:

Yup. If you eat crap, then you’re gonna feel like crap. Eat well, feel well.

    • @niconii3663 says:

i definitely can say that i feel better when eating healthy: less tired, less back pain etc. but i unfortunately don’t look better, what i eat don’t seem to have a big effect on my skin and hair. 😔

  • @kathrynoneill5862 says:

Dr. Sam has beautiful skin. I will definitely listen to her.

  • @sprig6043 says:

Moral of the video, skin health begins from the inside out! No amount of creams will beat the sheer natural power of healthy eating

  • @raisandhya4005 says:
