I did Melissa’s program 8 week and got awesome results, in my view — and I DID NOT follow her program 100%. I DID keep to her macros, but didn’t eat the same foods she dictated because I hated some of the foods and yes, I’m unwilling to eat food I hate. :). I did do all the workouts. I think as long as you do the macros – you can get results — or at least I did.
