As a fat person I’m always hungry and tired so it’s hard to know if I’m under eating. Cottage cheese is my go 2 when I don’t know
Your video came up at the right time. Indeed, I think I’m undereating. Even though I have toned up and I am slim, I am not gaining the amount of muscle I should, I’m often tired, and I’m picking up viruses (especially now during winter).
