Thanks Melissa. I cannot afford the monthly subscription yet. However I purchased the 6 week shred. I am seeing results already. For someone who canโt afford a membership. Can you offer just workout plans? Just knowing what exercises to do helps tremendously. My plan is to do the six week shred over and over until I can afford a membership. However I know my body wil need to be challenged more after a while. Are you able to offer workout plans?
I believe I could but worry about program. I need a layer out routine to follow as well as played out menu w ingredients to follow.
