    Congratulations Stephanie!! I managed to loose 11 pounds in 8 weeks to 162 pounds but didn’t do the competition. I do feel a lot better myself. I have another 5 pounds ideally as my target weight. I exercise at home but I think i need to step up my game a bit with weight lifting ❤

    Im hoping to loose the extra weight by this time next month.

I’m 45 – nearly 46 – not menopausal yet but I’ve started lifting weights, I’ve increased my protein and I have started Pilates and yoga 🧘 and some cardio too. I did yoga when I was pregnant with my daughter. She’s 10 now. I want to focus on my fitness. ❤❤xxx

    That’s so amazing Stephanie! You look and sound wonderful. You got this girl! I remember back in 2010 when I was afraid that my body weight after having my daughter was never ever going to reduce from my own body. I was just researching ways to take care of my IBS and feel healthier. When I decided on becoming vegetarian that year, I actually dropped down from 152 to 123. I dropped back down to my high school and college dress size 4 from size 14. I have been keeping my weight down ever since then until the present. I even am much more fit, I am a Zumba instructor and a Personal Trainer. I weigh 117 now and expect to get to my goal weight of 115lbs. Yes, it’s a mindset and celebration each step of the way. As we age and get fit in our later years, we feel so happy and even better than ever before in our lifetime. I just keep on going and hope to prepare one day to be a competitor just like Melissa! I love it! 😃
