    Such vitally important data
Thank you for summarizing this extensive info

  • @humantribeapparel says:

    WOW!!!!!! This is incredible!!!!!!

  • @hytheandsaltwoodsailingclub says:

OMG this could be a game changer. Is it possible to overdose on tmg?

  • @Optimization_Coach says:

Raw milk, 4 egg yolks, scoop of clean whey and 1 scoop thorne collagen with 1-2 tbsp honey. Add ice blend

    • @1truthseeking8 says:

I have read that hydrolyzed Collagen and other “Amino Acid” supplements should be taken separate from food? On an EMPTY stomach…. Do you know something about this that says otherwise? Really wish to know…

    • @Optimization_Coach says:

I stick with what our genetics have thrived on since the early days. Animals eat their prey and they cannot sift the collagen from the non collagen material. They eat them simultaneously and so do I, but I don’t count collegen portein as a total protein for my daily target@@1truthseeking8

    • @geo_neo9 says:

Whey is very bad for you as is cows milk, it removes calcium in body n meant for calves with 4 stomachs not us.

    • @gf5280 says:

      عربي

  • @Leoninmiami says:

Great info!! Does the study mention wether T levels rise without exercise when supplementing with TMG? Also, it mentions that no additional performance was gained from taking 5g vs 2g. Do we know what the cutoff is? Is there additional benefit to 2g vs 1g (the usual does for those also taking NMN?

  • @Seeker_of_sense says:

What other supplements increase testosternone? Please make video about this important topic.

  • @LTPottenger says:

Very interesting! I am taking 2g a day these days. The benefits seem endless.

    • @ElonizuMuskamoto says:

What are yours? I take it only when I sleep bad, gives me some energy for the day
Now I consider taking it every day, very promising results

  • @1truthseeking8 says:

How different is this from: **Betaine HCL with pepsin**??? I have Achlorhydria…and take about a whole bottle in a large meal…

  • @generalbystander1631 says:

I wonder if glycine would have the same effect

  • @marcdunivan2436 says:

    I started TMG when I started niacin…

    • @glecservices3114 says:

What results have you observed or noticed?

    • @marcdunivan2436 says:

@@glecservices3114 nothing major…I haven’t paid for any blood work. I do feel it has reduced the frequency of my hands and feet falling asleep and reduced the itchiness of my atopic dermatitis.

  • @streetspiritlondon says:

I take 1 gram daily along with my NMN. I simply can’t increase dosage or take any other tablets as I’m already taking numerous longevity supplements. It would be good if companies like DNA started increasing the dosage in each capsule.

  • @katebilling9997 says:

Were women included in the study or just men? Age range of participants? Testosterone decline is also an issue for midlife women impacting a range of health and performance factors, hence the questions : )

  • @glecservices3114 says:

    Free testosterone is everything

  • @Norrin777Radd says:

Does choline factor into this discussion? I’ve heard that it can also be considered “tetramethylglycine,” i.e. TMG with another methyl group.

  • @joecosenza1473 says:

So does this stop the body from making it?

    • @Samirtheman says:

No it doesn’t because it’s not testosterone when you inject testosterone your balls stop producing them so it stops testosterone production but TMG just makes it that your balls produce more testosterone so it doesn’t stop the production hope this helps

  • @none01335 says:

Wouldn’t a 7% boost be worthless for muscle gain?

  • @andrewrivera4029 says:

I’m 58 years young and have been taking TMG and just upped the dosage as I also take NAC, my testosterone is 711! My urologist said if my T was any higher he’d think I was on TRT! Unfortunately this was the first testosterone draw in I don’t know how long so I don’t know if I can credit TMG as I am also carnivore. Will test again in 6 months with the added supplementation.

    • @j.a.6866 says:

Are you strict Carnivore? What does a normal day of eating look like for you?

    • @andrewrivera4029 says:

@@j.a.6866 I do OMAD carnivore, I eat beef, pork, chicken, fish, cheese, eggs, bacon. Now 6 months in carnivore have become fully fat adapted. My typical day is a plate of meat, a few eggs, I love parm crisps I have those when I need just that little extra to eat. Carnivore is so satiating I generally do not eat a second plate assuming a normal day, having said that there are days I ride mtn bike, I own a ranch and do 38 hr irrigation where I have to set gates and run water day and night those days (every 14 days) I’ll treat myself like last night I get keto wraps and we smoked a pork butt (pulled pork) with some salsa, avocado cabbage. I actually stopped all supplements about a month ago and started adding supplements I really need like potassium, magnesium and melatonin for sleep which helps me, still gonna get blood tests in august.

  • @johnhutton4788 says:

Sounds like a better version of HMB or creatine perhaps, I’ll be taking all…off and on!

  • @marcholloway8436 says:

I have TMG and it smells bad like fish , normal?

  • @vilmoskolbasz says:

Did a lot of research on TMG, trying to find out if it raises DHT. Hard to find information on it. Anybody with MPB tried it? Did it cause hair thinning?
