    Definitely a good topic to address, Melissa. I’m really interested in the affects that Ultra processed foods have on our bodies. As our cells need building materials to renew and grow, we need to make sure we supply our bodies with these via food. It’s like building a house with substandard, low quality materials. You’ll end up with a shoddy house that will likely give out before it’s time.

    Yes! Been telling everyone and especially friends and ladies this for a long time about adding strength training which actually burns more fat/calories than doing cardio and having more muscle tone keeps fat at bay, win win 😊. All brilliant advice, just changing one aspect at a time and we can all reap the benefits in each area.

    I did try intermittent fasting and my body did not respond to it. Now that I am almost 50 I find that a high protein diet does help and eating fruits and veggies. The longevity aspect is definitely something I would be interested in learning more about.
