The problem is with anti-aging supplements that most of them are antioxidants, which makes huge concerns that they may lead to adverse results!

this wont give you a face lift but it will definitely help alot for dryness and overall skin health

Is Hyaluronic Acid a new supplement?! It’s been around for sometime now.

  • @timwilliams9100 says:

We are all still hopeful for a True AGE REDUCTION “pill” which will mean we would not need anything different in our diets than what we had when we were younger. No needs for special supplements at all. Any chance of that happening?

I thought lower molecular weight was the better HA.

I add mine to yogurt with some vanilla flavoring and liquid stevia. It makes it like tapioca pudding.

My facial skin is wrinkle free at 73, probably due to red/near infra red light bathing.
Still waiting on age reversal pills, supposed to be in the upper 2020’s to 2030’s.

The first study was done using the product Hyabest, which is low molecular weight HA. The second and third studies used ExceptionHYAL, which has a mix of molecular weights.

  • @maryjhicks5156 says:

Absolutely, please do testing on this product.❤

  • @Midger24 says:

Yes we’d love for you to test the HA supplements!
Also I was wondering if you would consider testing R alpha lipoic acid and doing a video on the difference between R and S lipoic acid? I love your channel ❤

I can not find where you’re getting the data that HMW Hyaluronic Acid is the way to go. I see many sites saying it’s basically inferior, but I suspect they are measuring it when it’s used topically. But, I couldn’t find anything indicating superiority either, which you stated so directly. Can you advise what you saw that gives you such a strong opinion on the HMW version. Obviously the bigger the molecular the more water it would retain, but there’s more to it than that. Also, since it’s measure in weight, presumably 200 mg of LMW would have far more molecules than 200 mg of HMW, so hopefully there’s more to it than that.

Anyway, if you can indicate why you prefer HMW, it would be appreciated. I feel like I’m missing a study that has useful information.
