  • @michaelcweir says:

Taurine does not cause cancer; instead, it has demonstrated significant anticancer properties in various studies. It inhibits cancer cell proliferation, induces apoptosis, and suppresses tumor progression in cancers such as breast, colon, lung, and liver cancers. Additionally, taurine enhances immune responses and mitigates chemotherapy side effects. However, excessive taurine uptake by tumor cells via the SLC6A6 transporter may promote malignancy while depleting immune cells of taurine. Overall, taurine shows potential as a therapeutic agent but requires further research to fully understand its mechanisms.

Just wondering, is it worth having your taurine levels measured?

  • @humantribeapparel says:

Happy to see that I’ve been taking the recommended dosage for my age. Many thanks for your priceless work Ryker.

  • @supreme8113 says:

Taurine is great. Makes me feel more confident.

A 500g bag of pure Taurine, produced by “Bulk” , is available on Amazon uk for under £4. I bought some small accurate scales and weigh out my own – far cheaper than capsules. Same with Glycene and NAC to produce GlyNAC.

I simply assume that all powders has density 0.5.
So one ml is 0.5 g.
That’s close enough for me 🙂
As I happen to have a 1 ml spoon, I used that to meassure those plastic spoons we often get with powders.

  • @i.d.1713 says:

What about the taurin in energy drinks? I love energy drinks😅

  • @planchancho says:

Can you do an analysis of Urolithin A

  • @user-lx6pk9os2d says:

If you were to say Age in years times bodyweight in kilos and then divide by one thousand, you may get an interesting number in grams…

  • @whatmattersmost6725 says:

Thanks Ryker, I was shocked that only 2 brands, I was expecting much more..

  • @70poundhound16 says:

    awesome episode again!!!!!😁

  • @ellydavis2066 says:

I was only taking 1g a day but it looks like I should be on 2g so I shall up my dosage.

  • @reedreamer9518 says:

I buy Nutricost Taurine Powder (1KG) – 500 Servings from Amazon for $23.
Its tasteless, so I just mix a scoop into my daily drink.
Taurine is much more economical when purchased as bulk powder.

  • @faisal-ca says:

I started adding Taurine and Glycine a few months ago. I sleep better now.

  • @DCGreenZone says:

Off topic, and thank you for this video: Please consider covering Fenbendazole, Ivermectin, Mebendazole, others vs cancer. The research is there and “perhaps” some of your subs may benefit from being exposed to the science.

  • @billhayward1585 says:

After about 3 months of using Taurine it disturbs my digestion. This is a common occurrence. But it stopped me from taking Taurine.
