Hey Melissa I vote Fat loss. My next question is what is your experience on eating bread or dough based products? When and what type bread do you eat or should bread be eaten at all when trying to build muscle and or get shredded? Your opinion is valuable.
I believe bread can be part of a balanced diet, but itβs important to consider individual goals and preferences. Moderation and choice of bread type can make a difference. π

I’m not sure if you answer questions here, but if no, you can maybe do a post for others who may have a similar question. I stopped smoking a year ago at 57, I worked out 3 days a week, resistance and weights and in my opinion looked lean and defined…my friends actually said I looked like I overdid itπ. Since I stopped smoking , I’ve increased my weights and reps but noticed I feel bigger, and the clothes are 1/2 inch tighter. I look toned but to me there’s not the definition I saw 2023/24. My diet is not the best but I include all food groups and my protein intake is in check. Any reason why I am not seeing the definition? Sorry for the length of the question.
