I’ve been tracking my calories and have set a limit to 1800 calories a day. It’s been hard to say the least. I eat clean and know what I’m taking in and I’m getting over 120 grams of protein. I’m pretty active, lifting, walking 2 miles plus, and very busy on our property. My weight isn’t budging though. I’m steady at 165. I definitely go over my calories but 100-200 some days but with all the calories I’m burning and steps I take, you think that would cancel out the extra calories taken in? Idk, I’m lost 😅

It sounds like you’re putting in a lot of effort! 💪 The extra calories might not be fully canceled out by activity if your body is holding onto weight due to stress, hormones, or other factors. It might help to look into things like cortisol levels or adjust your calorie intake slightly. Keep going, you’re doing great! 😊
