You didn’t comment on the diet one in the brown n white packaging I use that brand n would love a break down on fillers etc as I’m after more natural things

I use Sunwarrior too, it’s great! Thank you for your advice, Melissa! May I ask you if you recommend a bulking phase? I’m tempted to try it but I’m afraid that I will simply get fat, lol! I weight train 4 times a week.
I use unflavored Isopure, it’s a whey isolate, 25g per scoop. Put it in my coffee every morning with vital collagen protein powder, Benefiber, and a dash of cinnamon. Starting my morning off with 50-60g of protein (protein coffee and breakfast) has been a game changer for my muscle gains. Also cutting out all excess sugar has been a tremendous help too.
