  • @ruchirraj5300 says:

Now this is the kind of AI tool that would be really helpful in real world

  • @gavinlew8273 says:

Wow, I can imagine this tech being used in animation studios

  • @cbuchner1 says:

It‘s the first time I‘ve been deeply *moved* watching your episodes.

  • @Snooperking says:

Skynet learning to walk based off every single piece of video available online. I hope they don’t watch the Usain Bolt videos anytime soon.

  • @MTheoOA says:

What a time! There’s a game called ”Myrobot” in development, this type of game i really want to see those AI applied!

  • @rlfernandes9538 says:

Huge impact for performance capture, and manual animation in game production

  • @DamianReloaded says:

With this you can get a robot to synthesize control based on a plan generated by a LLM

  • @devriv8983 says:

Animation generating AIs would be a fantastic contribution, as you say, to virtual worlds like OpenSim and Second Life where animations of all kind are always in demand.

  • @TewaAya says:

Love this tech, now I wanna see manga being animated this way 6hrs on a machine than 6hrs hand drawn walking sequence. Although stylized will have its own place to thrive.

  • @favesongslist says:

Yet another step towards book to video.
What a time to be alive.

  • @PatrickHoodDaniel says:

If this was an invention 10 years ago, this story would be on the front page. We are so accustomed to this crazy development.

    • @alexfrank5331 says:

Most people don’t understand the significance of this. All they see is an ugly basic-looking model that looks worse than original video. They don’t understand rigging, keyframe, or animating.

    • @PatrickHoodDaniel says:

      @@alexfrank5331 Yes, unfortunately.

  • @CharlieRickman says:

GTA 6 will be obsolete before it’s released.

  • @-TheMaskedMan- says:

I will need this to animate the anime fight scenes that all ways play out in my head.

  • @archer-sh says:

This can do away with animating manually crowd movements in movies. Make a actual crowd video scene and map it to game engine. Absolutely crazy.

  • @figloalds says:

I can predict some pretty passionate and talented indie devs making absolute bangers out of this tech

  • @edgardsimon983 says:

thats insane im waiting with so much excitement the moment where we will be able to build rig and have an ai to do animation where you can just adjust them manualy and build a perfectly tied movement naration around it, there will be so much content and creativity after that

  • @pandoraeeris7860 says:

I, for one, welcome our dancing AI overlords!

  • @JamesWjRose says:

Thank you for all the info/papers you have shared. Very informative.

    Have a great week

  • @TeddyLeppard says:

This is how the machines ultimately defeat us. What a time to be… alive?

  • @DreckbobBratpfanne says:

Looks like with a bit of help to get real time you could have game characters fight you and they are controlled by an AI that can use a LLM to write animation prompts to attack you in novel ways 👀
