I was so afraid of eating carbs when I did the 8-Week Transformation Challenge after doing Keto and Carnivore “Eating Styles.” At first, I gained a few lbs, but by Week 2 that changed, and so did my body. There is so much confusing info out here about what to eat and what is good for our bodies, but Melissa, I decided to trust you and I am glad that I did.
