People see the end result of female body builders, crossfitters, elite athletes and gymnasts and assume that so much as being in the same room as weights will turn them into the great Ronnie Coleman. There are caveats wherein women could build specific muscles (arms, quads, obliques) easier and faster depending on their genetic makeup, however, it’s still not going to happen overnight. And if one doesn’t like how something is progressing, it’s as simple as stopping the direct heavy lifting and letting it get smaller via compounding lifts and calisthenics. 👏🏾👏🏾
