    This is right on time because I’ve got autism, BPD/EUPD and trauma. I’m 43 and I feel like my body and brain is going completely haywire. At the same time I have to fight for disability benefits.πŸ™ˆ I haven’t been strength training like before because I have had chronic insomnia for over a year now. I feel like I have zero energy and then it’s like my brain skips and glitches. I need to look into menopause and autism because I was only diagnosed with autism in February 2024 and I’m still fight to get it recognised so I can have some support. I also have hip tendinopathy so I have to reduce my manual labour job and only do light duties.
