Yes, this is so true. I am on my second round of the transformation challenge and I’m in the membership program now and I realized that this time, I am not getting in all of my food each day bc I am not sleeping on a regular routine since I work from home. So, then I do not get the proper nutrition and do not always get in both the cardio and weight training. So, today is Sunday and Week 4 begins tomorrow. For this latter half of the challenge, I am laser-focused.
Thank u. This inspired me. The first 2 weeks of the challenge i did great. Week 3, i cldnt access to some of the ingredients in the meal plan so i started stressing and the alternatives were limited so l tried to look at other ingredients that were similiar then i felt like i wasnt doing it properly, then my period started and my tummy blew up like a balloon and i just cldnt do the workouts for 2 days cos i felt like shite!! Then i got depressed thinking ive messed up!!!….ur post made me realise i have 5 weeks left, and im going to be LASER FOCUSED like u. Thanks alot
It’s great that you’re reflecting and ready to refocus! Balancing work, sleep, and workouts can be challenging, but taking it one day at a time and being laser-focused for the latter half of the challenge is the key. The most important thing is consistency, not perfection. Adjusting your routine to get in proper nutrition and exercise will definitely help you stay on track. You’ve got this!
