is the november 8 week challenge the same workout schedule/meal plan as the one in may/june?
We have made significant changes within the competition rules however the meal plan and workout guides are similar to the June challenge.
I’m 68, 15 lbs. overweight, flabby thighs and cellulite. Ugh. I would LOVE to see Melissa Neill take a woman my age or older with awesome transformational results. I need the encouragement and proof to know I can actually come back from the shape this body is in. I’d jump on her program ASAP. I’ll volunteer to be the guinea pig if you need one, Melissa!
