      For a 68 kg person, aim for 110–150 grams of protein daily. You can get this from chicken, eggs, or protein shakes. BCAAs are optional if you’re already getting enough protein, and creatine can support strength gains but isn’t necessary for everyone. Make sure to balance your diet and adjust based on your progress!

    I have CKD and can’t have too much protein or creatine. My doctor says my levels were too high. I don’t know what do. Diet wise I don’t know what I can or can’t have anymore.
