Since my goal is to gain weight and tone my body, do I really need a scale?
Do you recommend I join a gym or can I use the weights I have? I have a one 20 pound weight, a set of 4 pounds each, a set of 3 pounds each and some resistance bands. I want to successfully complete the challenge. What’s your advice?
