    I saw that comment the other day and thought wow that’s a hefty promise to make. I have tried several different foods, vitamins and herbs, some didn’t work for me, while others seem to be helping other symptoms. I think it really depends on the combination and your body – we are all different. I started HRT recently and seems to be helping way much more then any of the foods or vitamins.     I have had success keeping my hot flashes at bay by keeping stable blood sugar. Surprisingly stevia triggers MAKOR night sweats for me. I have had to give it up completely 😒 monk fruit is better for me.

    Thank you for your honesty and sharing your experience. Yes, it’s all about money. I personally find hot flashes and night sweats directly tied to intake of refined sugar, so I eat very little of it. Just my experience.

    You are a wonderful lady to be direct and honest. People have to try different things to see what works for them with the symptoms imho.. no one can promise anything .. ❀ I trying 5-htp and evening prime rose, dhea and DiM right now .. we shall see
