    Melissa, you have completely changed the way that I workout. I see results every week and I’m happy with my progress, thank you! However I am struggling with getting enough protein in my body on the daily basis. I am vegan/vegetarian and it is hard to eat that much food or to find foods that contain large grams of protein. I try everyday! Anyway, thanks again, you’re the best!!!
