Well, if we want to be truthful and not just inspirational, ozempic is better than dieting alone and exercise alone…. That’s just the honest truth
It’s way more powerful than either alone
However, exercise is so important to our mental health and strength. I know for me personally makes me feel so good. Not to mention the more muscle you have, the more calories you burn. It gives you a healthy way to distract yourself from eating food.
When I exercise I do it first thing in the morning and it sets a perfect tone to my day for being healthy overall.
But being completely honest,,,, completely honest,,, when I dieted and exercised alone it was nowhere near as powerful as ozempic is alone….
But ozempic used with proper nutrition and exercise is unbeatable
And by the way, I was one of those who refused to try any of those diet drugs for years because I thought that was cheating…
Until one day I asked one of my friends who has always been thin. How does she get rid of the voice in her head? And she asked me what voice in your head??
And I said you know the voice that is relentless that is hounding you constantly to eat another cookie. Eat another cookie and it won’t shut up until you eat that other cookie…. And she said she doesn’t have any such voice.
It started me on a journey of interviewing hundreds of people who have always been heavy and people who have never struggled with their weight
And what I’ve learned is people who have never struggled with their weight. Most of them don’t have that relentless voice.
Sure! Would they like another cookie of course
But do they have this? Never-ending hounding berating insistent chaotic hitler-like voice that takes over all of their thinking until they give in???
    Nope
They can just rationally say well it’s not good for me so I’m going to choose not to have it..
I could never have that choice
So I learned that it wasn’t that I was not as strong-willed or that I was too weak and everyone else was strong. It was that I was never on equal playing field as everyone else
There are some of us that have a mental component that others simply do not have
Getting ozempic but more specifically for me tricepotide,,, took that voice away.

    I can actually make choices
Now if there’s a delicious slice of cake, sure I want another piece but I can make a conscious deliberate choice. Did not have one
    Is it still hard sometimes??
    Sure
    But it’s a normal hard
I know people who have never struggled with this won’t understand
But I know for those of us who have always had this voice and have carried the shame and assume that everyone else had this voice and everyone else was just much better and much stronger than us. They will know exactly what I’m saying
You are not a horrible week human being
You can get yourself unequal playing ground and see just how strong you really are compared to everyone else
I’m not saying drugs like this are good for everybody
    It’s like depression medicine
    It’s not good for everybody
    But for some of us
It literally can save our lives…

You are so right, although I’m 100 lb overweight, I refuse to take the weight loss drugs. I tried the HCG back in the day and all I did was gain my weight back plus the double. I know I lost my muscle than fat.. strength training building healthy muscle is the best way to burn fat, point blank. Yes it’s hard, but in time it will pay off, it will take patience and dedication..🙏🏽💜
