Sounds like a good way to destroy the joy in life. Eat wdsr you want, dance what you want, learn to love yourself. I might be older, but I still don’t have time to weight what tomatoes I’m eating
Pretty reasonable argument. It all deoends what makes other people happy, so I also understand Melissa’s point of view. Having the desired muscle mass, feeling strong amd energetic might simply change our view of food andits usage. We come to the point to see food as fuel not indulgence, although 80/20 rule could also be another great approach.
I used to say that but changed my mind when I got incredible results with tracking.
I used the TDEE website to find out my macros. I’m at a cross roads because I’m meeting the caloric number for cutting, the protein is on point but the carbs might be too much and the fats might not be enough. What am I doing wrong here? Is it because I’m using packaged foods? Please advise 🙏🏽
Once you’ve weighed it once, you can often use that to make your own measures, eg a yogurt pot for rice, so it’s not so bothersome
