Milk thistle isn’t…..’new’ though…..I was taking it four decades ago…..
I’m loving this outfit and jewellery, so pretty! Question about azelaic acid, we know it’s an antioxidant, so if used in the AM can it be considered a good option? It never gets mentioned for antioxidant protection
I’ve seen videos of CO2 laser treatment which seem tighten the skin. Is that related to elastin or elasticity?
And thank you for another informative video
Has NAD snd milk thistle been proven to penetrate the skin?
whoa, you look so expensive dr sam!
Hi, my face was deeply damaged by cosmetic, micro needling, and so my collagen and alastin have been decorated, and I have very droopy skin from my forehead line to my clavicle. I also now get terrible sunburns where I had the micro needling and so I’m wearing an SPF 50 hat, SPF 50 sunscreen applied liberally and throughout the day, and SPF fish mask. But I need more help. Where would I put the milk thistle in my routine? I also think the retinol to hide I’m using is making me sensitive to the sun. I’m wondering if ba u hail would be more beneficial because it would make me not as sensitive? My situation is so heartbreaking in terms of the damage to my face, and I sure would love some guidance in potentially helping to support my alastin,
