What about your lower back (erector spinae)? This muscles opposes the abs so it needs to be worked for a balanced core.

Thanks for sharing this workout video Melissa! My torso is toned in the front but I have (skin?) rolls on my back and it doesn’t look toned. Maybe it’s because I only work out at home with weights and don’t go to the gym?🤔 I’ve always wondered if weights are effective for the back. BTW, amazing location in Thailand! 🤩
