Has anyone who’s had a vertical cut hysterectomy and on hrt done this? Only when the ovaries are removed the hrt oestrogen apparently gets stored around the middle instead? Hence the extra apron of love handles often acquired along with the space from a removed womb?

@@meowmeow1stgen668 I’m here under 40 too! Finding its getting harder to lose weight prob pre menopausal. I think this channel is still great info because I’ll only get closer to menopause.

But there has to be a way to prevent this horrible belly fat gain in the first place isn’t there? This shouldn’t be set in stone 😭😭😭😭. there has to be a way to prevent this awful thing from happening in the first place!!!!

It’s menopause hormones, we can’t avoid it. It fcks up everything , just flips to the total opposite from before menopause, after menopause.
For me, the discovery of low carb eating and weights was the big game changer. Eating more protein and collagen too.
Before menopause Low fat/high carb diet and cardio used to work fine, I was a slim fit woman up until 50. at menopause it stopped working completely, no matter what I did, I got nowhere. Piled on 5st, got up to 15st.
Now, in menopause low carb/high fat diet with strength training weights works far better. I’m on HRT too.

Yes! Put me on! I want to do it!

  • @lisad4054 says:

Wish I could afford this. At 63 money doesn’t come easy. It’s not the prize your offering. I want to get rid of the belly fat. But thank you anyway.

  • @steffnic13 says:

I have managed to get my belly to calm down with cortisol support and all of that (as my fat was related to that a lot), but now the skin hangs down like I’ve had a baby even though the weight loss was like 20lbs. That’s now my struggle to find a way to get enough muscle to try to tighten that all up. Appreciate any information you have on that. I know you’ve spoken about your efforts to help with belly issues post pregnancy.
