That time frame is pretty accurate. I noticed a mild transformation at 3 months. By 6.5 months it was very noticeable. The longer you do it the better you become.
I joined Melissa’s 8 week challenge and noticed major (to me) changes after 4 weeks. By 6 weeks I’d lost 9 pounds and 5 inches off my waist. I followed her eating plan, and wasn’t hungry. High protein!
Is the plan expensive?
@@jaliylahjae I mean, expensive is relative to one’s resources. For me, I felt it was more than worth the price. I’m trying to remember exactly what the cost was because there are a few “levels.” I want to say the basic level (you get the videos for all the workouts, which I LOVE — you just do what Melissa is doing in the video, you get all the meal plans and maybe best of all, you get to join the online community of support and the weekly calls where you can ask Melissa questions live) . .. you can join a higher “level” and get one on one coaching calls with Melissa as well. I don’t want to give incorrect information and I truly can’t recall the basic price — and I joined the plan with the one on one calls so it was a lot more than the basic level, which is still awesome. If you sign up for her emails, she will email you when the challenge is open to register so you can find out the price.
