What is the recommended amount of water to drink when taking creatine?
I must say I had to look back on your older videos and have noticed you look younger. That may be because of less grey hair. Biotin? ๐๐๐จ๐ฆ๐
You say you’re 65 years old ๐ค I don’t think you look that young for 65 I think you look older than your age. I’m a strict carnivore have been for over 4 years best decision of my life I’m 64 I take creatine here and there but I’ve never seen any difference whether I take it or not. Always looking for reasons to do so but I’m not convinced it does any good.

If you strength train, double those dosage recommendations for the age groups 30-40 and 41-50

Thanks!
Thank you so much John!
Just take it. 5 to 15 grams a day. for the last 3 years. First supplement I started with, solved my Heat Intolerance and lead me into a Rabbit Hole . current stack is large by most measures. Worth every penny. I’m feeling 10 years younger, back in Grad School at 66,
Another great video, thank you. Just turned 65 in dec and have been taking 5g. Looks like I need to bump up my game to 8g – I only weight 100lb right now. You mentioned you have changed up your diet some. I think it would be great if you could do an update on your daily meal plan.
I have gout, so I can’t take it ๐ข
How do you know it’s working? Is there a quantitative measure besides subjective opinions like “I feel better.”
What are the side effects if you’re sensitive to it? I’m a 61 yo female and started taking Thorne brand about 3 weeks ago. I mostly do 5 mile walks for exercise 3-6 days a week depending on weather. Kind of feeling like my entire body is holding water? Is that possible? Not a good feeling!
