Absolutely the truth. I can’t begin to tell how much more effort I have to put in in order to look good at 50 something. I keep a food and exercise diary. And even then, I mess up sometimes.

  • @MochaxMatcha says:

Do you have weighted vest recommendation?

  • @NmjRm says:

    The struggle is real

  • @JesusChristandSonSoldier says:

    Ty so much!!🫶🏽

  • @clairesingleton7399 says:

You’re an inspiration, I love ❤️ your videos. Thank you so much for sharing xxx

  • @lindag6689 says:

How many cardio days for recomp?

    • @MelissaNeill says:

For body recomposition, aim for 2-4 days of cardio per week. This can include activities like walking with a weighted vest or HIIT. Balancing cardio with weightlifting and maintaining strict nutrition is key.

    • @lindag6689 says:

@@MelissaNeill Would 60 min for the week be enough?

  • @kkfjkf2099 says:

I LOVE to LIFT! ALL day . EVERY. Day. Lovin every minute of it!🎯💯
But when I tell you, I DESPISE HIIT and cardio😔🤮
I mean, ugh…. I literally feel my cortisol SPIKE and I’m wired and edgy for DAYS…
    Hate cardio😆

    • @shenedadenney8649 says:

I cannot believe another person feels EXACTLY the way I do. You took the words out of my mouth!
The ONLY cardio I can tolerate is outdoor biking, I have a road bike and Mt. bike. I don’t get bored and the scenery/survival mentality puts me in the zone. Hope that helps😊

    • @judepearcey9348 says:

Just get your steps in. X

  • @carwoman43 says:

I realize that great changes come from hard work, but this isn’t a great selling point.

    • @MelissaNeill says:

Absolutely, great changes come from hard work, but with the right guidance and support, the journey becomes much more manageable and rewarding.
