I’ve been left in no doubt that I need this supplement! If you would also do a video on Fisetin I would be most grateful. Just love the way you explain things in a clear and logical order.

    great info, many thanks

Great video Ryker, thanks for sharing!

  • @RajDuncan says:

Great stuff keep this stuff up! I love CaAKG and have a similar experience

  • @erickbarron says:

    Two questions.
    1. What do you think of the lipo form of AKG for better absorption?
    2. Where can I find the list of all the things you take, at what time and which days?

    • @theantiagingchannel says:

Hi Erick, sustained release lipo CA-AKG should work well dependant on the quality of the supplement of course. Re my stack, it involves quite an array of otc supplements and prescription pharmaceuticals. Look out for a video later this year when I will be revealing all in detail.

Very good show!! Just started taking it. Hoping it helps my painful hip…have Ankylosing Spondylitis for years and getting worse as I age. Bought DoNot Age as well.

    • @theantiagingchannel says:

Keep us all updated on your results Maggie!

    • @martincstee5335 says:

I am also looking for supplement to reduce my hip pain. Do you have any success?

    • @01maggie says:

@@martincstee5335 I just started using LifePro Rumble vibration plate. It does help hip , back legs and feet pain. Use low to start or you will get worse pain at high speeds…

    • @01maggie says:

@@theantiagingchannel Question….side effect of CaAKG is that I can’t sleep and when I do I get ferocious dreams… Have you heard anyone else experience this??

    • @01maggie says:

@@martincstee5335 Ca Akg helps some but I started taking MSM crystal at night and feel an improvement. I take a 1/4 teaspoon every night.

  • @jonnsmith4902 says:

Enjoyed the video .I am very fit but I have crohns disease. Was wondering if it would help with the inflammation in the stomach. Thanks

    • @theantiagingchannel says:

Hi John, the supplement that would be most beneficial to your condition is actually Urolithin A. Please see my Urolithin A video, also on this channel, for more information.

  • @kilabutini says:

    Good stuff Sir. Thank you

  • @4tun8nanette says:

Thanks for this review on your experience with CA-AKG. I am considering adding this supplement. I like your method of introducing only 1 new supplement per 3 months.

  • @martinsinclair55 says:

just ordered some. Been doing NMN and Resver for a while already

  • @HaroldSeaman says:

Excellent breakdown and analysis, subscribed. , I have a question regarding the more expensive supplements recommended, would they still have some benefit to those who take them every other day to make them last longer or is the larger dose needed?
Especially with something like ca-akg where the body stops producing so much wouldn’t even a small does help?.
    Thanks.

    • @theantiagingchannel says:

Hi Harry, yes it would still be of enormous benefit to take these supplements on an every other day basis. Optimal doses recommended are aimed at extracting the maximum benefits from each supplement, but are by no means obligatory. So just go with whatever suits your budget, and rest assured that you’ll still be receiving very worthwhile benefits. All the best, Ryker.

  • @Invalidextension says:

I just found this, I wonder if it is a calcium(22,6% RDI) supplement in and of itself, or should I look for another calcium supplement? thanks

  • @hamid237 says:

Thanks! I just subscribed for a year and received mine from donotage. Starting with 800mg and going up slowly.

  • @BK-dy8jk says:

LOVE your program itā€™s so easy to follow and canā€™t wait to see more. I buy the supplements, separate powder because they are so much cheaper and I can mix them in easily and change the dose. PLEASE share a schedule on when, what, how much you take throughout the day as an example of what you do. You donā€™t have to recommend but it would be good to have a example. You have already done the three month testing and adding into your diet and how you gain benefits that way we can just pick and choose which one to try. Would love to know what your favorite Top 5 are Iā€™m guessing NMN TMG CAAKG GLYNAC RESVERATROL?

  • @thetackroomtx says:

I just re watched this video. I started taking it shortly after the first viewing. I ordered from Renue by science since they are here in the us but just now notice their capsules are only 300mg so Iā€™m switching to the do not age think I will get more value for the cost and dosage. Thanks for all the great content šŸ‘šŸ»

I’m thinking of buying this product as well. Do you notice any differences taking it??

    • @thetackroomtx says:

Hi- there . Glad to answer your question, I have not. I just turned 64 and take a lot of supplements so it was hard to tell. After watching his video I looked at the dosage on the Renue By Science brand I have and its only 300 mg so Im doubling the dosage and will reorder with DNA – I did just join a fitness center and they said I have a great body profile for someone who does not work out and I don’t get sore after . Heck at this age I’m in on anything šŸ˜‚ I even got into peptide bioregulators and will start taking those.@@lisamarierosso2713

Isn’t calcium problematic to take as a supplement? Hardened arteries (Cororaonary Calcium) , kidney stones etc. How does taking Calcium in this form differ concerning those problems? Thanks.
