    Im 53 and tried this 30 minute cardio routine but, it didn’t work for me. I think the combination of Hypothyroidism and menopause is creating different results for me. Now I do 1 hour of intense cardio with 3 days per week of weight lifting and finally, I’m getting results. You are still my inspiration!
