Why do dates Day 1 and Results both say May 2024 for the woman pictured? Printing error? Is it supposed to be March to May 2024?

Show a vegan getting these results using your methods. Also without processed foods such as Seitan, Tofu, Tempeh, Protein Powders etc.
It might be a little more work I think, to stay to the macros without vegan protein powders. At least for me. If you wanted to avoid tofu and tempeh, I think you’d have to eat A LOT of edamame to reach those macro goals. I was in this last challenge and had great results but I’m not vegan. I like plant foods though so I did use a few different vegan protein shakes (Ripple is my favorite) and powders (I like Truvani and Sprout Living makes some great, no nonsense vegan powders.). You might like following “Claudia Glows” here on YouTube — she’s vegan and in her late 50s, I believe, post-menopausal and does lift weights, too and is quite thin and fit — so maybe try weight lifting and some HIIT and see how high you can get your protein within what you want to eat and go from there? Hope that helps! Everyone is different in what they want to eat and what they are willing to do and what they are able to do, so we have to each find what works for us. Melissa’s recommendations worked for me, but no program will be for everyone.

It matters what kind of carbs you are eating. Vegetables (salads) are mainly carbs. Carbs are absolutely necessary for the brain to function properly.
