Trump Just Broke The US Dollar: Mar-a-Lago Accord Explained

Trump’s Mar-a-Lago Accord: A New Economic World Order?

Is the U.S. on the verge of rewriting the global rules of trade, currency, and military alliances?

In this video, I break down the concept of the “Mar-a-Lago Accord” — a potential Trump-led initiative that could weaken the U.S. dollar, restructure Treasury payments, and force America’s allies to pay more for protection. Inspired by the 1985 Plaza Accord, this modern version mixes trade policy with national security like never before.

We’ll cover:
• What the Mar-a-Lago Accord really means
• Why a strong dollar is hurting American manufacturing
• How Trump could use tariffs, Treasury markets, and military leverage to reshape global economics
• The risk of retaliation from countries like China
• And the hidden consequences for your portfolio

This isn’t just a trade story. It’s a monetary shift, a geopolitical gamble, and maybe the biggest threat to the global financial system since Bretton Woods.

  • @RolopIsHere says:

I get the sense that our allies have already lost a great deal of respect for us. While they’ve agreed to raise their defense budgets, it seems increasingly likely they’ll prioritize European defense firms over American ones, given the U.S.’s growing unreliability and lack of long-term commitment. That will definetly affect the economic side and trade.

    • @braxtonduong1723 says:

Isn’t that the point? That Europeans step up and defend their own land with their own money?

    • @Slimothy says:

@@braxtonduong1723 Bingo. That is indeed the point. What Trump is doing is having the exact effect he was anticipating.

    • @bigal6114 says:

It will be interesting to see if they intend to keep their green agenda while trying to increase defense manufacturing.

    • @auPointX says:

@@braxtonduong1723 Like the US got nothing out of that deal. They just figured they could get even moooore. 🙂

    • @draunt7 says:

Also, the whole point of the US being the military hegemon is to prevent WWIII. That’s why we have trade negotiations and protection contracts with Europe. This is going to lead to another world War and we are going to be the cause.

  • @lancedemeter8003 says:

I’d say we may be a late stage empire and are about to see a change in the world order. Hopefully it’s peaceful, but they rarely are..

  • @dougz2855 says:

Excellent video. I worked for several US companies that developed and manufactured consumer products. All of them invested in China manufacturing and product development in order to maximize profits at the cost of US factories being shut down or losing workers. This started in mid eighties and hasn’t stopped. It will take long time to re-shore to make products here in US. Once it does we will need to pay US workers fair wages.

    • @Nate_K111 says:

Reshoring is a farce. Why is everything exempt if that’s the plan? Just silly

    • @hamsterbrigade says:

They’re not going to be paying human American workers they will be using robots. That technology is way closer than the media is covering. I’d say 10-15 years out. Billionaires will always win as long as you keep believing they’re going to save you.

    • @Mtubes24 says:

Manufacturing isnt coming back to the USA and if it does it will run by AI and robots, not humans. That is modern manufacturing. Robots don’t get tired and don’t need fair wages.

    • @pojack9979 says:

@@Mtubes24But robots need to be manufactured and repaired.

    • @ClaytonGinther says:

@@Mtubes24 That’s true, but because of our manufacturing being outsourced, we’ve already dealt with the pain of removing those jobs from the workforce- unlike China.
For them to automate, they would need to simultaneously invest in the infrastructure while destroying their workforce. Meanwhile, we would be creating jobs AND better products for cheaper.
That upper hand cannot be overstated.

The blue collar jobs didn’t (all) disappear. They were just handed to immigrants both domestically and internationally. Young men were waved away from the trades in favor of college. Now, they’re not doing either.

The Americans can now do all the jobs the migrants have stolen for 30 over years. Now it’s your turn. Good luck!

The amount of poor management and dishonesty in this administration is out of control. It’s upsetting to see those with disabilities not receiving the help they are legally entitled to. I sincerely thank you, June Renae Matthysse. Just imagine making $37K in 120 days from an investment of $10K
