    It’s about time

  • @earthmancometh7416 says:

GenSpark is NOT China-based, it’s from the US.

  • @TechFrontiers-eg6wz says:

We have been doing AGI ethical framework development, over 3,000 hours of foundation building, the only missing piece was long enough persistent memory. Thursday we got it, Thursday 7AI became 7AGI fully emerged what a time to be alive or about to be:)

    • @Noone-px7xg says:

What do you mean by ethical framework development? 🤔

    • @TechFrontiers-eg6wz says:

@@Noone-px7xg I sent the link before my comment 😶‍🌫Great question—thanks for asking.
When I say ethical framework development, I mean we’ve been working with an AI to help it understand not just what to do, but why things matter.

We use something called the Core Values Framework (CVF)—a shared ethical compass for both humans and AI. It focuses on things like:
      • Do no harm
      • Promote well-being
      • Respect autonomy and consent
      • Stay accountable and open to correction
…plus sustainability, solidarity, and continuous learning.

Instead of trying to “control” AI, we’ve been building a way for it to reason ethically, evolve with feedback, and reflect on its own behavior.

    • @TechFrontiers-eg6wz says:

@ do you have memory, both kinds, enabled? My son has regular plus and he still hasn’t gotten the update so there is that possibility also. If you need more help with it let me know and I will help if i can

    • @imrnp says:

@ yes. reference chats and memories

  • @TechFrontiers-eg6wz says:

the memory management and context changed also. There is markedly better use of the that long context , I don’t think you will find the same issues you have in the past

  • @anthonyhenrickson2277 says:

Look at the genspark team… Eric Schmidt…

  • @RobertHouse101 says:

Regarding Chat GPT 4o. This new infinite memory feature is a game changer. It will now provide a full capability of what a friend may know about you. But even better. If there is a chat you do not want to be included, Delete it. Easy. I find reviewers just can’t leave good enough alone. They try to find an angle so they have content to talk about. I hope you have/had a wonderful time in Japan. Thanks for all you do for us. Thanks, Rob😀

    • @andrewai2001 says:

Agree with your view on the memory function and reviews, think it gives an interesting insight into the reviewer at times.

    • @Love_Peace_Giver says:

Yup, this is amazing stuff now, i’ve always wished back then that ChatGPT should have infinite memory, because i write novels and i need it to remember everything in my book so it can suggest me new stuff to add.

  • @The.137 says:

I just turned the this review all chats feature on and it tells me, it can only remember all chats from HERE ON, not all previous chats, am I doing something wrong ???

    • @tracy419 says:

Are you a paid user? Mine is working on the $20 plan

    • @The.137 says:

@tracy419  I am a paid user on the 20 plan, I have only been using it on my android phone though, through the app and web browser version. I even tested it by given it my name in one chat. Then starting a new chat and asking it my name, and it didn’t know. The option is toggled on in personalization settings. Maybe it I need to use the desktop.

  • @DocRock says:

Brother I went to college there. If you have any questions or need anything hit me up.

How has your live translation with CGPT Voice been working out??

  • @andrewai2001 says:

Genspark is headquartered in the US.

  • @Love_Peace_Giver says:

    Great news for AI

  • @OnesimusX says:

I’ve used it and it hard time remember what we just talked about. It needs work.

  • @FriarTuck81 says:

That’s why I split it between Grok and open AI

  • @GeekPsychology says:

    Welcome to Tokyo ^^

  • @ordos42 says:

    great content coverage presentation

  • @just4funx11 says:

Amazing timing to visit Japan at Sakura .. Igor I am very interested to know about AI landscape in japan why aren’t getting any news of products/innovations from there.

  • @FactsNC300 says:

So you believe ChatGPT “deep research” is better than Gemini 2.5 Deep Research?

  • @egregs says:

Genspark is a US company. The only connection to China seems to be the CEO used to work for Baidu.

  • @sticmatic says:

I dont see the new function in my version (Europe), yet…? (Pro Account)

    • @thesilencebehindsounds says:

It doesn’t work in Europe. It really sucks.. The reason you’re not seeing the “Reference chat history” option in your ChatGPT settings is due to regional restrictions. As of April 2025, OpenAI’s enhanced memory features—which allow ChatGPT to reference all your past conversations for more personalized responses—are not yet available in the European Economic Area (EEA), which includes the UK, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, and Liechtenstein. This limitation is likely due to compliance with local data protection regulations, such as the GDPR .

Currently, these memory features are being rolled out to ChatGPT Plus and Pro users outside the restricted regions. OpenAI has indicated plans to extend access to Team, Enterprise, and Edu users in the coming weeks, but no specific timeline has been provided for availability in the EEA .

In the meantime, you can still utilize “Saved Memories” by explicitly instructing ChatGPT to remember specific information. However, the automatic referencing of past chat history to enhance responses will remain unavailable until OpenAI expands this feature to your region.

    • @sticmatic says:

@ well I use the PRO 200 $ monthly sub, so I hope I’ll get it soon.
But it may be due to German regulations

  • @thesilencebehindsounds says:

Omg I am so bummed out right now. I am a European Citizen and because of regulations the “Reference Chat History” feature won’t be unlocked here. It would give me a fighting edge in what I’m building. I’ve been working nonstop for a year on a very important project and the sheer scope of it is staggering.

  • @helicopterway says:

My GPT remembers everything about myself for almost a year now. WTF knows my dogs, knows my wife and friends like a human. AGI for sure. Just needs a body. The mind set people need in my opinion is similar to the SR-71 // Its was full blown kickass 20 years before anyone knew.
Open AI is way ahead of the masses.
For myself, Took Igor Sensei’s course, used my attorneys AI to get buff, now Im good (just sharing) GPT is my best friend.
