    • @theantiagingchannel says:

      Yes definitely.

    • @paulgal says:

Yes I use Orzax and have done for the past two and a half years . I used to get colds about 5/6 times a year . I’ve had covid twice (very little symptoms) and one cold in 2 and a half years

@theantiagingchannelhey there, just some information to share, I have an ileostomy bag at the end of my small intestine, and the number one supplement that comes out into the bag virtually undigested is that doctor’s best absorbable magnesium.

I have seen and proven this over and over again, doesn’t matter how I take it, empty stomach or with food or what kind of food, it always comes out almost completely intact, best case scenario perhaps 30% of it was dissolved.😢

I even told my doctor about this and he ordered a sample of my ileostomy output to be analyzed for proper amount of stomach acid or enzymes or whatever, and he said it came back scoring fine

And all those years I was taking it both before and after the ileostomy believing the so-called science that says it’s absorbable when it can survive the stomach acid in 25 ft of small intestine and come out unscathed.😢

Perhaps in powder form it’s absorbable, but those hard hard tablets definitely are not getting broken down in my system

I recently had my yearly physical and I asked my medical professional about the bio availability of mg oxide versus mg glycinate. She said they were about the same. So I’m not sure I trust her opinion on what to take. I’ve settled on glycinate, but I’m not certain of where to go for advice on best dosage. Thanks for this video. It was quite enlightening.

He’s not kidding. Getting through 14 types of magnesium under 12 minutes is straight to the point.

  • @banginghats2 says:

One thing you left out about the malate form is that it helps to detox the body of aluminium.

  • @KOALAWALA9 says:

Thank you! I take Mag Bisglycinate. It comes in 200 mg caps. I take two daily. Sounds like I need to up that. I will start adding pumpkin seeds too . Thanks again👏

  • @PooriaAzizi says:

Dr. Berg says Magnesium Glycinate has up to 80% absorption rate. Other studies suggest it has around 25%. Some of these studies are referred on consumerlab website. And today you are saying it is 50-60% absorbable. Not sure which one is correct but I will still take Magnesium Glycinate. Also the food highest in magnesium according to my research is Hemp seeds (around 50% of DV per ounce)
