I just started HRT I was debating about whether or not I should take it for the longest time but after talking to my OBGYN and learning more information I decided to start, so it’s been 3 weeks since I started HRT , I’m having spotting blood and breast tenderness but it’s the bloating and weight gain that’s so miserable and annoying!!!!!
I did read that this is a common symptom is it true??
is it true that at the beginning of HRT you gain weight but then it goes away over time once your body gets adjusted??? I feel so ugly and awful I feel so insecure but I also feel physically uncomfortable with this weight gain!! Is it common to gain weight when starting HRT please tell me if this will go away I feel so fat and ugly !!!!! 😭😭😭😭😭
