Great content as always. I didn’t know about synergistic effect of also taking PQQ. Sadly most doctors know nothing about supplements, and actually discourage patients from taking them.

    • @mikemonahan8968 says:

Doctors get ZERO education on nutrition, and supplements as part of their medical education….yet journalists ask them questions as if they are an authority on Supplments. That’s how you get all of these negative statements from doctors about supplementation. They also treat the government RDA as if it’s the limit to what you should be taking, and say that you should get all of that from food. The reality is the reccomended daily allowance(RDA) is nothing more than what’s required to not have a nutritional deficiency. This means their goal is far from OPTIMAL Health, it’s simply the lack of deficiency. What most doctors will never admit is that the soil and as a result crops are providing far fewer nutrients than in the past. If we want better health for everyone, nutritional supplementation needs to become mainstream, and part of our healthcare system.

    • @kenb2671 says:

They know but like you said they discourage patients to take them because there’s no money in them.

    • @4tun8nanette says:

      @@kenb2671 Probably true also.

    • @johnnyripple8972 says:

Doctors are just like people in most professions….entitled, lazy and arrogant.

  • @markfischer3626 says:

Thank you for this valuable information. I take all three supplements among the 100+ supplements I take every day. I’m a belt and suspenders (Brits say braces I think) kind of guy. Swallowing 8 to 10 large capsules at once is no problem for me. I spend more time loading up the weekly pill minders than I do swallowing them.

I also appreciate the excellent presentation you gave of the salvage pathway. I haven’t seen anything remotely as good. Here is one added tip. Green tea extract contains the enzyme ECGC which blocks the action of methyl consuming NNMT. I also take both, ECGC for its effect and green tea extract for its many other benefits. Why do I take so many supplements? I intend to live forever if it kills me.

  • @mwallontherun says:

Oh great, now 😊 I got to buy PQQ too 😂 Never heard of it until now. Appreciate the information though 👍 Guess Ill finish my Doctors Best CoQ10 and make the relevant purchases next round. They shouldn’t even sell it if its insufficient imo ty 😊

    • @melvillejayathissa7415 says:

I have now switched to a naturally fermented BioPQQ 20mg supplement daily after starting with synthetic PQQ. Thanks. Melville Jayathissa (77) from sunny Malaysia

  • @barkmaker says:

I’ve found that CoQ10 didn’t do anything noticeable for me and have tried both forms, numerous brands and combinations. I think that if you’re topped off with the other essential supplements, you make more than enough.

  • @vince1229 says:

My resting heart rate dropped from 58 to 48 in one day or 17% after taking Co Q10 at age 60.

  • @dr.michaelwohlschlaeger4771 says:

Dr Al Sears has a great product that contains both Q10 and PQQ in his Primal Force nutrition line.

    • @melvillejayathissa7415 says:

Dr. Sears’ supplement contains only 1/2 (half) the doses of both Ubiquinol & BioPQQ and need to be doubled, in my opinion? Melville Jayathissa from sunny Malaysia

  • @01maggie says:

I bought DoNotAge Coenzyme Q10. Excellent product!! You feel a lift immediately. I give it to my 100 year old mother who has congestive heart failure. I tried many other products and none are as effective as this brand DoNotAge ❤

  • @Clarkssman says:

One of those products says it contains olive oil. ill cross that one off the list. chances of it being pure olive oil and not cut with canola oil is pretty slim in my opinion.

  • @hristosstrihas4010 says:

    👍❤️(for the Algorithm) excellent video!

  • @hakantanik9305 says:

    thanks alot.

  • @hamidaabdenour9092 says:

  • @wimkrol2233 says:

If I have to order all the supplements recommended on this channel, I would need a truck every month.

  • @leejones3219 says:

You don’t have to take supplements. I eat papaya, cocoa , green tea and beef. I get all the PQQ and COQ10 I need without a bottle.

    • @UltimateEnd0 says:

From the source is best but we live in the 21st century and taking supplements & doing other post-modern things really helps combat all of the post-modern health issues. We need to biohack in order to get a leg up on this toxic world we live in.

  • @adamwaters8073 says:

    Awesome channel thanks man 🙂

  • @lindaburchell-fp6sk says:

I take 600 mg to control blood sugar. Vitamin Shop brand works softgels..

  • @yfa6244 says:

I take 800 mg CoQ10. Im over sixty. I just get what is on sale with a decent company. I think it is helping my heart and energy.

  • @willjohnson2722 says:

In the UK we have Ubiquinol-QH in VESIsorb by Igennus. Not cheap, but, I notice the difference in my cardio on my runs. I have no affiliation with that company, I just like their stuff. What I would say is, in the UK anyway, be a bit sceptical of some of the products on Amazon promising more COQ10 in their tablets than the actual physical weight of the tablet. If it sounds too good to be true for the price, then it is. Make sure to go with a trustworthy company. I prefer to order supplements direct from whoever makes it- because Amazon, at least in the UK- do not have temperature regulated warehouses.

  • @marshajones8685 says:

    Thank you

  • @lindensheffield6434 says:

I love that ‘consult with your doctor’. After my husband’s stroke, she wanted to put him on statins. I asked if, in that case, he should supplement with CoQ10. She had never heard of it but it’s widely advised to take CoQ10 with statins but the NHS won’t prescribe it. No doctor I have ever encountered personally knows anything about supplementation.

    • @someoneyoudontknow7705 says:

Because they don’t make money off of supplements…no kickbacks from the supplement companies and also, more often than not supplements will actually HELP you and may actually cure something, unless prescriptions. And the pharmaceutical industry owns all medical schools and is therefore in charge of what is taught in medical school (to write prescriptions and keep people coming back…not cure anything).

    • @UncleMike81 says:

Ask yourself? Who combined both and owns the patent.

  • @man_at_the_end_of_time says:

Ubiquinol caused me to utterly exhausted and it took weeks to recover. I am good with ubiquinone.
