    Thanks for the information and the inspiration! If i walk on my treadmill with a weighted vest for 30 mins to an hour 5 or 6 times per week will that cause loss of muscle? Im menopausal and haven’t gotten back to lifting weights but want to at least get in the steps.Thanks!!
