Where do you draw the line between individual and community? Why give people achievements at all? Does self esteem even matter? Why even encourage it? We can just be a 1 big community.
Why someone gets to decide what’s individual and what’s community unless you start disturbing individuals.
People make up community. This doesn’t have to be 2 separate concepts. You can acknowledge we live in a community that allows us to live as we do and still acknowledge your individual actions that impact yourself and the community. This video just wants us to acknowledge the community and not act like we don’t depend on each other
