“Practice Spanish with me every weekday evening at 7pm”

“Ask me how my day was every day at 10pm so I can reflect on it with you”

No much more than that. At a fixed time is just one of many types of trigger for action. There are loads – just ask ChatGPT “a simple list of the triggers in Power Automate” (or Zapier).
This Beta is for the simplest trigger – the rest will be added in as Operator becomes available.
