@ If you really want to change. Find your “why” and build off of that. It will keep you going. My “why” that I started with was joint pain and feeling less strong. I’ve seen older women in my life fall and get hurt and I want to live the next century of my life full of health! It is still my why but it has also evolved to higher why’s. You can do it! 👏👏👏

I disagree. I’m 58 and a size 0-2. I eat a diet of protein and veggies only. I drink alcohol about 2-3 days a week and 2-3 glasses of wine or tequila/soda each time. I take Creatine and anavar (cycled) and my muscles are very healthy and firm. I’m in the best shape of my life!! Better than my 20’s, 30’s and 40’s. Everyone demonizes alcohol but 2-3 days a week if you are doing everything else right is not going to sabotage you!
