  • @northmaineguy5896 says:

Love GPT! It did a civil lawsuit filing, and two motions, better than I could do, in minutes. I also just began an aviation thing for pilots using AI. It’s great, if they don’t use it for harm, which they will.

  • @ZZYDDD says:

why are you not surprised about the 200 per month? this is terrible.

  • @tobyisgod6639 says:

Gosh, this week is crazy!! This holiday season is definitely shaping to be Guacmadocious.

  • @FlawlessP401 says:

I actually find o1 is less capable of discussion of controversial ideas

  • @creatingdigitalassets says:

I just saw the Forbes article … $200 a month! Wow! What are the additional capabilities? How accurate is it? It said that it could do advanced reasoning for days weeks or months. For whom is this best advised? Of course I would like to experiment with it, but that’s cost prohibitive for a lot of people. If you’re investing in it for your AI business, maybe you can share with us what you find, Igor

  • @NoahtheGameplayer says:

I say it sucks for us poor people because now we can’t really be able to get it, because of how expensive it is,

But I guess it’s also great for big companies or regular companies who are really wanting to take this seriously,

So I guess that’s why it’s $200 because it’s a pretty powerful model, but who knows honestly

    • @northmaineguy5896 says:

Part of it is perspective, too. I run an AI thing, and less than half of just one order a month pays the $200.

    • @yesyes-om1po says:

@@northmaineguy5896 are u disclosing that your services are not your own but rather the work of AI

  • @teramigon says:

Pro plan is interesting not due to 128k context window (it is just a nice bonus). It is interesting due to **lack of immensely irritating message limits**.

For most people my comment can seem strange, because all they do inside ChatGPT can be done within 5 messages. But for anyone who uses Chat to create prompts with reliably reproducible outputs will understand me.

  • @SlonerTheStoner says:

We should get free chatgpt pro for the guac gang

  • @FactsNoCare says:

I wouldve been happier if they added a top-up tier, extra $10 or $20 to have more usages per day/week. Im sure they could milk more money from people with that cuz god knows id rather just have 2 accounts than pay $200 lol

  • @eugenes9751 says:

But even if you hit the rate limits 3x in a month, you might as well just open a second account for $20 and use that whenever you hit a limit. $200=10 GPT plus accounts!

  • @CosmicCells says:

where can I find this livestream on life-shanging AI storys?

  • @sethjchandler says:

The Eleven Labs voice mode could be great as an educational tutor says this law professor. I like that you can feed it information to use. Virtual Kingsfield.

  • @ScottyMcCraigles says:

Is there a way to migrate/transfer my data from ChatGPT to Claude or vice versa? Would be nice for providing full data context to each rather than being isolated to one or the other.

  • @SpearSilver says:

    I miss preview already.

  • @DoMyHomework_ says:

OpenAI would make fuckloads more money if they’d just UNCENSOR the damned thing.

  • @sumant2000 says:

    awesome

  • @oleksandrkoptiev5898 says:

How come that o1 became worse on PhD-Level Science Questions? 78 vs 78.3 o1 preview?

  • @AI_FOR_555 says:

    Wife joke πŸ˜‚β˜ οΈ

  • @philkone1836 says:

I don’t know what benchmark they used but at least regarding to Coding, o1 is far worse than o1-preview. It feels like it performs about as good as o1-mini but maybe not even that. I would consider paying 200$ a month in the future if the models delivered what is promised but with the current state it is not worth it at all!
