Which of these cases was the craziest to you? Let me know down below and thanks for watching.

  • @owggarage723 says:

This seems to be great information. However, how do I know it’s not a deep fake image of Mr. Yang?

  • @ib12541 says:

can’t afford a house. for once, it pays to be poor.

    • @tuvoca825 says:

You will own nothing and like it. But… who knew this is how it would happen??? Wait about 50 years and houses will be cheaper. Right now… there are other places to get a decent ROI and not get burned so hard.

    • @xiphoid2011 says:

When I was fresh out of college, housing was even less affordable than now, that was 2006 at the height of the housing bubble. I lived with a room mate to save up the down payment. Then came the great recession. I’m not even that old, so don’t complain, work like the rest of us who has been there, done that.

Until your landlords house is scam sold to someone else and you get kicked out or the legal fees raise your rent

    New nightmare unlocked

  • @saske822 says:

there surely are a lot of issues with german bureaucracy but at least something like that could never happen here 😌

  • @michaelsccot9104 says:

Im getting messages from bots who are pretending to be typed the wrong number and end up trying to hook up with me then they wikl demand money(I assume) because I block them half way through

  • @penguingobrrbrr353 says:

Is this only in US ?

  • @Constitution1789 says:

I own a lot of properties…Sigh. I’m going to spend the next few weeks checking each one. Kudos to you.

  • @shadowninja6689 says:

I’ve heard of this before on Steve Letho’s channel. It’s so criminal how easy it is to do this, to the point that the state IMO should be held liable for not having a more secure system. This isn’t unprecedented, companies have been sued and fined heavily for having horrible cyber security that ends up screwing over their customers.

  • @pgplaysvidya says:

other than the general scary nature of the video, there is something i learned: the “friendly” lien

my house is paid off and i was just trolling around top of the world. but the idea that somebody could buy the property from under me and some weirdos would come by demanding to move in is one of those scary ideas that float at the back of my mind. having a friendly lien could deter that!

  • @ellicem says:

Could you make a video about “Friendly Lien”? Thanks

  • @CaesarBro says:

So buying property under a secretive trust is the best way to protect yourself?

  • @Painted_Owl says:

We all thought Japan was crazy for only accepting in-person signatures for these sorts of things, but now I’m feeling quite envious

  • @davidknightx says:

Which is why I wouldn’t even think of buying land without a lawyer.

  • @Paul_Reeds_Boyfriend says:

Its time to get my first house😎

  • @SeanJohns-ze8ie says:

Blockchain’s decentralized ledger system makes it super hard for scammers to alter documents. Like, remember that case in Los Angeles where a couple fraudulently claimed ownership of a $37.5 million mansion?

    • @ThomasColt says:

But isn’t scalability an issue? Can it handle a ton of transactions? I’ve heard some blockchain platforms struggle with high volumes

    • @JasonAmir-qo4uo says:

Actually, newer platforms like Polkadot and Cosmos have improved scalability big time. And smart contracts automate everything, reducing the need for intermediaries.

    • @TheDuke792 says:

That’s huge for real time verification and efficiency. No more waiting around for paperwork to clear. I’ve seen clients save thousands in transaction fees.

    • @OwenFlex says:

So how does blockchain prevent deed fraud exactly? Is it foolproof?

    • @SeanJohns-ze8ie says:

Well, the immutable ledger ensures property records are tamper-proof. It’s like a digital fingerprint – once it’s recorded, it can’t be altered.

  • @mlstoneking13 says:

    I like your sweater!

  • @diabolox1272 says:

Thanks for the new content ! I was tired of another “get 100k then a million” etc…. A video about how to get proper health insurance, prepare the legacy for your kids (house, $$$, goods), etc… Would be nice !

  • @LivingRetirement says:

This is just downright scary! Thank you for sharing this with us; I did not know this was a thing!!!

  • @GC__99__99 says:

Can’t wait for people to blame the technology instead of the people actually doing it
