Thank you so much for this information Melissa.🙏🏾

    Hello Melissa,
How about working out and still dealing with stomach fat and bloating.

  • @deannabarnes3771 says:

The fatigue hit me all at once, then the weight gained from secret eating, better now due to diet and exercise, biking helped, too.

  • @MindfulCreativeMuse says:

    Such great tips! 🙏☺️

  • @robinb.2646 says:

Hi Melissa, I’m so glad you explained the fatigue part to me. Because I didn’t understand why I keep feeling this way. Thanks for that information. And as always, it’s great to see you again.

    • @nolabel.justme says:

I need serious help, 50 and experiencing this. Felt a little hopeless, thinking… how can I work out if I’m falling asleep whenever I’m sitting longer than an hour?

    • @di4085 says:

Fatigue was always a part of my life and then I found out that I had a thyroid condition no thanks to my doctors. Now you have an understanding what people with a low thyroid go through. Not fun.

  • @714Roostergirl says:

If I didn’t have to get up at 4:30 am to go to work, i could exercise. I’m just too tired.

    • @MelissaNeill says:

I completely understand how tough it can be to find the energy to exercise with such an early start! 💖 It’s all about finding what works for you. Remember, rest is just as important as movement, so don’t be too hard on yourself. Your health journey is about progress, not perfection. You’ve got this! 💪🌟

  • @KiKiCarr says:

Melissa you’re absolutely ADORABLE!! 😍 I am gonna check out body by bikini and also you can advise your ladies to swap out coffee for black tea which will help boost estrogen ❤

    • @MelissaNeill says:

Thank you for sharing your journey! ❤ I’m so glad to hear that tit has helped with your migraines and that you’re feeling empowered on your fitness journey. It’s amazing how making those changes—like focusing on protein and cutting out alcohol—can transform how we feel. Remember to be kind to yourself as you navigate this path, and know that you’re inspiring so many other women along the way! Keep up the fantastic work! 💪✨

  • @allisonweaver9649 says:

What about fatigue in post menopause?

    • @avalancherose says:

Cut off all sugar. No carbs. Proteins, fibers and good fat only (like avocado salmon nuts olive oil). Cut off gluten 100%. And you will feel GREAT.

  • @allisonweaver9649 says:

Feeling silly. I can’t seem to figure out where the “deep dive” video is that was referenced in this video

Hi Melissa! Thank you for all your information. My question is: Is it ok to do the strength training ex before going to work than do my cardio in the evening, or would you suggest alternating the days of each type of exercise ? Thank you in advance!
