Noted!
Wow I learned so much today!!! Thank you Dr Sam 😀
Great!
Funny she mentions dr Dray in this video. Andrea is a huge fan of these diets. She probably eats every one of these foods. One of them every day of the week. Monday: 1 carrot. Tuesday: 1 tomato.
Except the avocado. Dr dray is afraid of fat. Except one nut a week.
Her shoulders disturb me.
@@beckyenglish4783 she shows off those shoulders, she’s proud of them.
Doctor Dray does not have glowing skin at all, I find she looks grey…
@@littlemissfrany the only thing glowing on her face are the sores around her mouth. It’s sad.
1. Water 😂
She said Food so I guess that’s why it’s not mentioned
She saying what to eat not drink😅
Also, most dermatologist say, that drinking water can help contribute to internal organs, so indirectly helps but not directly. I’ve heard that from numerous dermatologist, so water being the fix all is not true. Genetics play a part, but a separate skin care routine is necessary.

I drink a lot of water but my skin is still bad. I guess it’s because of lack of exercise lol
Dr. Sam, thank you for this video. Please continue to share what you learned at the dermatology conference.
Will do!
My salads just became more important and exciting! Thanks for this info 🥗 I’d add fish to this along with whole grains (steel cut oats, quinoa, wild rice, etc.).
That’s a great list!
Does really quinoa makes our skin glow ?
I love adding Sea Buckthorn oil to my salads as well as gently pan dry roasted seeds.

U saved my day 🥺❤️ tysm 🥺
@MilkShakeFryDip its natural sugar found from fruits so its ok
You are really 1 cool dude
@yezzi 👁️👄👁️sooooo…much knowledge absolutely loved it…
@MilkShakeFryDip Fruits contain fibre also so that’s why they are not bad for us nd it’s natural sugar not refined sugar nd sugar is compulsory for our body
I make smoothies, usually green but sometimes carrot based. This allows me to get fruits and veggies that I might not eat otherwise into my body.
ngaf
She does have gorgeous skin👏🏼
My favourite foods for glowing skin are canteloupe for breakfast and also cucumber, both are high water content foods and seem to help keep my skin hydrated and flush out toxins.
Ditch processed food , restaurant food!
Encourage home cooked meals
Addd beets , papayaand sprouts to your diet
You are all set! ❤️
One day when I start working and living by myself, I will try to eat and live healthy. Right now I am too young, living with my parents, and eats what is on the table. Good luck to me! Thanks for sharing this information.
Drink a lot of water.
@@BettyWhite2171 yes, i do that :))
I can understand your situation mate
Convince your parents to change their diet for their health as well
I changed my parents diet
I used to eat anything mostly street foods, packaged foods…but currently i started eating only healthy juices and green salads along with rice and roti (i’m an indian)and water green tea etc. Trust me or not eating good can change your life. I feel charged up all the time, my skin and hair getting better. I’m really happy. YOU ARE WHAT YOU EAT and this quote made me realise that’s true.
Best tip is born beautifully 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Yup. If you eat crap, then you’re gonna feel like crap. Eat well, feel well.
i definitely can say that i feel better when eating healthy: less tired, less back pain etc. but i unfortunately don’t look better, what i eat don’t seem to have a big effect on my skin and hair. 😔
Dr. Sam has beautiful skin. I will definitely listen to her.
Moral of the video, skin health begins from the inside out! No amount of creams will beat the sheer natural power of healthy eating
frrr
I’ve tried this and it didn’t do much..
@@ilsekamp do u drink 2 liters of water?
N don’t eat junk at all?
And get a good sleep of 8 to 10 hours?
N eat only organic and plant based food?
And you sure u get all the vitamins, minerals, fiber and good fat?
The word of God not just give glowing skin but it illuminates our ageing as well do this for three months without ceasing for three times a day and just see the amazing results
I always look at the Dr.’s skin to see how skilled/ credible they truly are, and yours does NOT disappoint! Stunning skin- curious to see what other products etc. you use
That’s not really an indicator on how well trained they are…
