I purchased MENO that says it helps with symptoms. I’m just about a week in and haven’t noticed a difference. I’ll come back after a month and see if there’s any improvement.

Wow! Let’s keep this conversation going, Melissa!

I’m two years into menopause. I’ve spent a lot of time and money on supplements that I thought “just didn’t work for me.” I just thought it was bio individuality because “every woman is different”.

Maybe there is something bigger going on-like conning suffering women out of $$$.🤔

    • @MelissaNeill says:

Absolutely, Lisa! It’s so important to have these conversations. Many women feel the same way, and it’s crucial to explore the bigger picture together. Your experience matters!

In the province of Quebec, women can access menopause specialist doctors only through private clinics. Most family doctors are not properly trained to deal with menopause and its many facets. It is a outrage as we are highly taxed in order to receive “free” Medicare. Why are older women excluded from receiving proper care that they paid into throughout their working lives??? Unfortunately most women cannot afford to go to these expensive private clinics. What a travesty. Tg for content creators like you, Mary Claire Haver, and others who educate. 👏👏👏

    • @MelissaNeill says:

Absolutely! It’s frustrating that women face these challenges in accessing care. Thank you for highlighting this issue! 👏

  • @tuxedoneko9837 says:

Oh I forgot to add that in seeing to be alleviated, many women seek to alternate solutions such as supplements. To be duped and preyed upon is infuriating. Tg for informative content creators

Everything you pay attention to, you get more of, I’ve ignored almost every symptom I’ve had, and I’ve had very few. I will say I’ve had repeated utis recently, hound out it might be hormonal, decided I didn’t want to go to the doctor, I’d already had one lot of antibiotics, and I don’t like pharmaceuticals, instead I tried wild yam cream, but worked within a, day and a half. Collagen works, nmn works, zinc and magnisium work. In my experience, all a lot better than pharmaceuticals. What I would say, is do your research, not everything is good for me op, lots is good for humans, but again, not everything
