    🙌🏽I’m so excited to start the challenge! I printed out some of the PDFs and entered food into my macro counter and made vegan adjustments to match what you suggested. I workout at home with dumbbells, kettlebells, bands and TRX. I just got a weighted vest. Perfect timing! I’ll be 49 in January and have had the goal to be in the best shape of my life when I turn 50. I think this challenge will help me reach that!
