Absolutely, you can achieve this! It’s never too late to start your fitness journey, and not having a background in athletics or not having been in any fitness program don’t hold you back. The key is consistency and sticking to the workout and meal plan to get the best possible results out of the program. 🙂

For anyone who thinks this is fake — it’s not. I did the 8 week challenge in May of this year. I lost 5 inches off my belly and 9 pounds in just 8 weeks. Actually, I’d lost the 9 pounds in the first 6 weeks! If you follow the workouts and the eating plan you WILL have amazing results. Was it easy? It was SIMPLE but *not* easy! It takes time. Took me around 90 minutes a day most days, between the workouts and the food prep. But it WORKS and you feel healthy and strong, no feeling hungry.
I HOPE I ACHIEVE THIS MUCH OF A TRANSFORMATION…IM CURRENTLY IN THE 8 WEEK CHALLENGE RIGHT NOW 😂

Hi there! The 8 Week Transformation challenge provides a wide range of options to choose from on our Main meal plan and Anti-inflammatory Meal Plan included on the program. These meal plans contain a mix of vegan, vegetarian, pescatarians, nut-free, anti-inflammatory diets. A food exchange list is included.

Oh well… if you only knew how much 20kgs squats we do in a day of lower body workout, you will have no the slightest of doubts that the before after pictures are real. In other words then for those who said it’s fake, why don’t you try it yourself? Melissa is the best, I feel so thankful for her own transformations then sharing it here for us to know we still have hopes, she’s my hero! I’m in August Challenge and oohh I love love love my strong lean legs and that indentations on my sides of abs ☺❤
